Board of Directors Elections

Background

Every two years, elections are held to select the new Board of Directors for a two-year term. For all positions, candidates must be members in good standing of MISA Ontario.  The next election will take place in the spring of 2017.

The Board of Directors meets approximately every month by teleconference and/or in-person meetings (four-five times a year). In-person meetings take place throughout the Province of Ontario.

The Directors of the Board set MISA Ontario's vision and policies, oversee prudent financial management, hire and guide the Executive Director, and help establish and evaluate our strategic objectives.
