During his annual State of the City address, Mayor Brad Woodside reminded the audience that GoFred is the latest tool designed to accelerate Fredericton's status as the start-up Capital of Atlantic Canada.

The City of Fredericton through its telecommunications company, e-Novations has added two new tools to advance Vision 2020 - the community's new economic development strategy and reinforce Fredericton's position as a leader in innovation.

GoFredNet offers the lowest commercial internet rates in Canada for those connected to our network and GoFredCloud will provide free cloud-based services to our network clients.

The combination of GoFredNet and GoFredCloud creates a unique competitive advantage for business in Fredericton, particularly for those businesses that require big data. If you're launching a business in Atlantic Canada with heavy internet usage, there's no where better to establish your business than Fredericton.
