Franz leads the Professional Services team at Ricoh Canada, comprising of national consultants, business analysts, solutions architects and certified
trainers who are driven to help institutions solve complex business challenges. With over 25 years of industry experience and expertise, Franz is passionate on empowering people to improve and maximize the way they work with technology. Leveraging the experiences gained through
numerous strategic initiatives and projects in the public and private sectors, Franz possesses a unique approach in uncovering and determining critical success factors in transforming organizations to improve governance, compliance and process efficiency.
Franz has been actively involved with many municipal projects which included the Township of Springwater, Town of Ajax, City of Kitchener, City of Port Coquitlam, City of Maple Ridge, District of Mission, and City of Mount Pearl. In the higher education sector, Franz has worked on successful initiatives with the University of Toronto (Faculty of Medicine), University of Western Ontario, Dalhousie University, Capilano University, University of Lethbridge and Algonquin College. Other notable projects in the financial services sector included the TD Bank, TD Automotive Finance and Qtrade.
