Jason Bonisteel is the GIS Supervisor for the City of Belleville and has worked with the City in various GIS roles since 2009. Born and raised in Belleville, Jason is passionate about using GIS, custom applications, and emerging tools like AI to make municipal data easier to understand, more accessible, and more useful for decision-making.

His work focuses on building practical GIS solutions that help staff, leadership, and the public make more informed decisions through clear, user-friendly mapping tools. Outside of his work with the City, Jason is a husband and father of four girls. His family also owns and operates Sugar Mama’s Bake Shoppe in Belleville.
