The Women In Technology Network (WITNet), a chapter of the Toronto Public Service Women's Network (TPSWN), aims to promote women to develop their technology careers with the City and supports our members in their personal and professional journeys. They provide access to internal and external role models, a great support network as well as career development opportunities. Their network provides connections, resources, opportunities and a supportive environment of women committed to helping each other. They also celebrate the accomplishments of women in technology to encourage them in the achievement of their career aspirations.
Kathryn Bulko, MISA Canada Past President and MISA Ontario Representative, is a co-founder of WITNet and this network and is open to all municipal IT members who work in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Recognizing the creativity and ingenuity that women can bring to both the organization as a whole and specifically to technology roles on Toronto public service delivery, the TPS's Women in Technology Network (WITNet) was established as a chapter of Toronto Public Service Women Network (TPSWN) to foster a networking forum for women in technology in the city across City divisions and agencies.
We provide a supportive network for the vibrant and thriving community of women in technology professions by giving women an open platform to share their talents, experiences, and insights.
