Accepting submissions for the January 2019 issue of Municipal Interface

IT World Canada is now accepting articles from our municipal and affiliate members for the Municipal Interface January 2019 edition. 


The planned theme is open data. We want to hear from you on your position and/or experiences.  This is also a great opportunity to share case studies, success stories and lessons learned from your organization.  If you are a municipal member involved with open data projects and/or initiatives, we want to hear about your progress. Not a writer? Don’t forget ITWC’s staff can help shape your article.


For content, we are looking for:

  • Columns (500 - 1000 words) such as opinion pieces, success stories
  • Features (1000 - 1500 words)such as case studies, projects or initiatives your municipality is working, research


If you are partner member who offers services that support open data, this issue is a fantastic opportunity to advertise and showcase your platform. This document has all rates and specs, outlined. An advertorial is usually about 600 words


The deadline for submitting content is December 6, 2018
