Partner In Action

All organizations, including municipalities, are vulnerable to cyber-crime, including ransomware, phishing, compromised e-mail, and large-scale data theft. Knowing what cyber threats and phishing campaigns are hitting Canada and understanding what preventative measures to take can help to reduce your vulnerability. Information sharing is recognized as being one of the most effective ways to protect against cyber attacks.  In an age where threat actors are executing with accelerated speed, coordination and growing sophistication, sharing can save costs, reduce risk, and improve cyber resilience. Information sharing is a foundational value of the CCTX and is the synergy behind our success. CCTX members can turn to a large group of Canadian experts from across all sectors for advice. Organizations do not have to battle cyber threats alone. Membership in the CCTX builds cyber strength and can add to your cyber resilience.

The Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange (CCTX) is Canada’s only multi-sectoral cyber threat collaboration hub. The CCTX gathers, enriches, analyses, and shares cyber threat information across government and business sectors and from other Canadian and international cyber threat sharing hubs. We are a not-for-profit community of organizations who have come together to strengthen the cyber resilience of Canada’s business execution.
