With more than 10,000 followers and counting, the @OshawaCity Twitter account is a popular source for City information. Community updates from local organizations and good news stories are also posted on the account.

"Kudos to the community for connecting and engaging with us on social media and helping us reach 10,000 Twitter followers," says Councillor Amy McQuaid-England, Chair of the Corporate Services Committee. "It shows our municipality is using social media to connect and inform our residents every single day and that it is making a difference."
