MISA Canada Webinar - Full-Stack Observability for Govt. Organizations by ManageEngine https://www.misa-asim.ca/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1847795 https://www.misa-asim.ca/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1847795 Enabling Governments to Navigate IT Management Complexities through Full-Stack Observability

Digital transformation which is going at an all-time high pace, is causing radical change in expectations citizens have from the Canadian government. ''Being digital” is not optional anymore, but a core condition for government IT organizations in Canada. In simpler terms, citizens expect continuous service availability of critical applications such as tax filing, licensing, etc; The demand to meet SLAs that require an optimized infrastructure, increased network up-time, and enhanced security is continuously rising and the lack of adequate visibility into their IT ecosystem makes it all the more tougher for governments to transform at a pace at which private organizations are going.

In order to break down the siloed nature of IT entities, identify anomalies, and resolve issues faster, IT leaders across the government should adopt a more definitive IT management approach like Full-Stack Observability. Attend the ManageEngine webinar to learn how to:
  • Get prepared to fulfill the digital demands of your citizens through Digital Experience Monitoring.
  • Monitor the performance of cloud-based services used for e-government initiatives.
  • Future-proof network and infrastructure through AI-enabled observability.
  • Improve IT security to withstand external/internal threats and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS etc.
  • Implement robust network redundancy and failover strategies to ensure service availability during emergencies.
